The first step: Malt crushing

The third step: Malt filtration

Equipment used: Lauter tank.

Precautions: Pump the wort into the lauter tank. After the vinasse and wort are separated, the vinasse remains in the lauter tank of the cyclone separator and is discharged from the side well. The wort is pumped into the kettle, ready to boil the malt.


The fourth step: Boil the malt and add hops

Equipment used: Kettle.

The fifth step: Whirlpool

Equipment used: Whirlpool tank.

The sixth step: Cooling

Equipment used: Plate heat exchanger.

The seventh step: Fermentation

Equipment used: Fermentation tanks.

Put the cooled wort in a fermenter and add yeast for fermentation.
