DEGONG equipment introduced advanced German production equipment technology and beer brewing technology, and developed beer equipment and beer with independent intellectual property rights. Over the past few years, we have been committed to the technical research and development and sales of beer equipment. The products sell well all over the world and are well received by the majority of users. The beer equipment is also continuously improved with the needs of the industry. Among them, CIP cleaning is an important step for beer practitioners to maintain beer flavor. Let's introduce the CIP cleaning process of beer fermentation tanks, so that you can better understand the CIP cleaning process.

1. Routine cleaning: It is used after each empty tank is filtered and CO2 is emptied. To remove yeast, cold protein coagulum, hop resin and foam caps.

It needs to be rinsed with clean water for 7-10 minutes, followed by a cold acid cleaner for 50-60 minutes, and then rinsed with clean water for 5-10 minutes. Finally rinse with germicide for 3-5 minutes, then rinse with sterile water.

2. CO2/pressurized cleaning: It is used for each time the empty tank is filtered, and there is no need to empty the CO2. To remove yeast, cold protein coagulum, hop resin, foam cap and beer stone.

It needs to be rinsed with clean water for 5-10 minutes, then rinsed with cold acid cleaner for 45-60 minutes, and then rinsed with clean water for 5-10 minutes. Finally, rinse with sterilant for 3-5 minutes, and rinse with sterile water (this step can be omitted according to different types of sterilants).

3. Periodic cleaning: It is used for cleaning once every 2-3 weeks in the fermentation cycle, and after the CO2 is emptied. To remove yeast, cold protein coagulum, hop resin, foam cap and beer stone.

It needs to be rinsed with clean water for 7-10 minutes, followed by a cold acid cleaner for 50-60 minutes. Then rinse with clean water for 5-10 minutes, then pickle for 30-45 minutes. Then rinse with clean water for 5-10 minutes, and finally use sterilant: 3-5 minutes, rinse with sterile water (this step can be omitted according to different types of sterilants).

After cleaning, the fermenter can be sealed and placed. If the fermenter has been inactive for too long, it can be used with only a re-sterilization cycle.
