Using acid to improve water quality is a simple and effective method commonly used in production. Although acidification cannot change the hardness value of water, it can convert carbonate hardness into non-carbonate hardness, thereby reducing the RA value and improving water quality.
Adding gypsum or calcium chloride has a significant effect on improving water quality and reducing RA value. Reasonable use has no effect on beer quality, and the cost is much lower than acidification. It is a widely used water treatment method in beer production.

The raw water after the first three stages of pretreatment is deeply separated and treated by the reverse osmosis RO membrane host, so that water that is beneficial to human health is discharged, and the desalination rate reaches 98%. The produced pure water enters the pure water tank. Good system design can ensure that the entire system does not need to replace the membrane element within three years (the service life is related to the water quality of the water source); the online conductivity display can dynamically display the water quality of the purified water at any time. The high-pressure pump provides the working pressure of the membrane permeation water to maintain the water production rate, and diverts it to one or two high-pressure pumps for pressurized osmosis treatment.
This system changes the corresponding output signals of the actuators such as the water inlet valve, high pressure pump, flushing valve, etc. according to the changes of input signals such as high pressure, low pressure, liquid level, reset, switch, etc., so as to realize the automatic control of the standard RO system and realize functions such as pressure protection, liquid level control, power on/full water/automatic flushing, etc.
