  • Storage Tanks: For commercial breweries, the ideal initial storage tank size is 250 gallons/1000 liters. Distilling is all about economies of scale. We accept custom orders for any tank you require.

  • Wort Tanks: The wort tank is a critical vessel in the distilling industry, helping to convert starch into sugars for fermentation. While not required, we recommend that the wort cask be at least the same capacity as the still.

  • Fermentation Tanks: Fermentation tanks are essential to the whiskey-making process, providing optimal conditions for microbial growth.

  • Kettles: Choosing the right kettle begins with determining the heating method. Once you've determined the heating method, you can choose the size and whether to use a copper-lidded or stainless steel kettle. For full-flavored whiskeys, a 1000-liter (264-gallon working capacity) kettle will produce approximately 26 gallons of barrel distillate.

  • Stills: Depending on whether you want to preserve traditional flavors or pursue a more refined approach, you'll need to choose between a pot still and a reflux column. A pot still consists of a large pot (pot), a gooseneck (or lyne arm), and a condenser.
