About CIP

CIP – the cleaning-in-place machine (CIP station) for perfect cleaning and sanitizing inner surfaces of all vessels and piping in the brewery systems that come into contact with the media and food products. Without this device any beverage production line cannot be operated because the bacteria contamination risk.


Cleaning-in-place (CIP) is a method of cleaning the interior surfaces of pipes, beer production vessels, process equipment, filters and associated fittings, without disassembly.


We produce very practical equipment to cleaning and sanitation of the brewing, fermentation and storage vessels for beverages and pipeline routes and keeping them in a clean and sterile condition.


Description of the cleaning-sanitizing cycle

The cleaning-sanitizing cycle usually consists of these steps :


  • Pre-rinsing  – rinsing of the production equipment using cold or hot water.

  • Cleaning – cleaning of the production equipment using circulated hot water.

  • Rinsing – thorough rinsing of the production equipment using cold or hot water.

  • Chemical disinfection (sanitation) – washing of technology using alkaline and then acid sanitizing solution at the desired concentration.

  • Rinsing – thorough rinsing of the production equipment using cold or hot water.

  • Neutralization –  is performed after the finish of several cleaning and sanitizing cycles – mixing alkaline and then acidic sanitizing solution to achieve neutral pH of the solution and their discharge to the channel.

The mobile CIP stations contain usualy these parts

  • Tank with alkaline sanitizing solution – all types

  • Tank with acid sanitizing solution – only CIP stations with 2xT and 3xT architecture

  • Tank with hot water – only CIP stations with 3xT architecture

  • Neutralizing tank – for neutralization of both sanitizing solutions after their contamination before draining – all types

  • Heating chamber – for heating of water and sanitation solutions to required temperatures

  • Circulation pump – to pumping the sanitizing solutions through sanitized vessels and piping routes

  • Electric switch cabinet – box with all electric elements, regulators and power swittches

  • Control panel – indication of statuses and temperature and control all functions of the CIP station

  • Support stainless steel frame – with four or six traveling wheels and brakes
