The control cabinet/control panel is quite helpful for the beer brewery system. Below we will give you two examples to explain about how does the control carbinet works?
For mashing:
If mixing hot water and malt with multi steps, for example from 35 to 65℃
The kettle heat the mash water automatically after we set up the 35 ℃ ready. And stop heating once the water temperature reached 35℃ ( the 35 ℃ hot water will be pumped into mash tun by the brewmaster)
Then the kettle heat the mash water automatically again after we set up the 65℃ ready. And stop heating once the water temperature reached 65℃ (the 65 ℃ hot water will be pumped into mash tun by the brewmaster)
For fermenting:
For example, we set up the fermenting temperature at 10 ℃.
If the actual temperature in the fermenter is higher than 10℃, the cooling system will start cooling automatically. When the temperature lowered to 10 ℃, the cooling system will stop cooling automatically
In short, it helped the brewmasters controlling the whole brewering system more easily. Welcome to contact us if you want to learn more detailed about it.
