2. Brief description of working principle
The core principle of distillation equipment is to separate and purify alcohol and water by using different boiling points. Under controlled temperature, the alcohol-containing fermentation liquid is heated, the alcohol evaporates first, and then is cooled into liquor in the condensation device for collection. Through precise cutting of the head (early part), heart (middle part) and tail (last part), we can obtain the target product with high purity and rich flavor.
