To make the best beer possible, the brew house is the key. Our Brew house can fulfill various brewing technologies, variable tastes or specific capacities. The Brew house can be heated with steam, direct fire, electric etc. The system composed of mash tun, lauter tun, boiling tun, whirlpool tun etc. The four tanks can be combined together to meet different requirement of brew system.
All the tanks certified stainless steel material for all tanks, with 100% TIG welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish. All tanks use Tri-clamp connections, are designed for up to 14.7 PSI and tested at 30 PSI. We can custom fabricate any tank to meet your brewery's space and height restrictions.
1-This system can meet beer mashing requirements, inclulding milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpool, cooling and so on.
2-All tanks were mode by SUS304, in accordance with the standard of food hygiene and safety standards.
3-The tank is equipped with variable frequency mixer which can achieve the change of rotating speed from 0 to 50r/min and meet the requirements of rotating speed for mashing mixing and lauter tank mixing.
4-Automotic control or semi-automotic control will design according with customer requirements.
5-Input and output of material and self-circulation are connected by sanitation pump and hose.Connection type of pipelines for equipments is quick assembly which is convenient for dealing, maintenance and repair during production.

Fermentation is the next step in the brewing process after the wort has been prepared.Fermentation tanks hold the wort while yeast converts to sugar in the wort into alcohol and carbon dioxide. These tanks should have a cone-shaped bottom, which facilities the process of recovering the yeast for later use.Jacketed fermenters allow you to control the mash temperature more easily.
