The exquisite copper brewery
A typical feature of a microbrewery is a two-container brewery, which is integrated into the frame with the malt barrel, filter barrel and vortex, wort cooler, laboratory sink and control panel. The brewery uses stainless steel design and simple functional design features. In this design, the landscape of the winery will be appreciated by restaurant technicians and winery employees, and their daily workload of cleaning the stainless steel surface will be reduced.
The winery can also adopt a luxurious design, where the jacket, hat and steamer of the winery are made of a combination of copper and brass, and valves, pumps and other non-aesthetic technologies are hidden under the lid. The construction of the brewery allows the use of traditional ingredients (malt, hops, water and yeast) to produce all known types of Czech and foreign formula beer through maceration and decoction methods. If necessary, wort can be prepared from the concentrate in the brewery. Unlike most foreign products, our brewery is optimized for producing high-quality bottom-fermented beer, and can also be used to brew any other top-fermented beer
The daily production capacity of the brewery is 2 batches within 24 hours if the bottom fermented beer is brewed by the soup method, or at most 3 batches within 24 hours if the top fermentation is brewed by the infusion method.
