Beer Brewhouse systems are available with several options to help deliver brewing efficiency, control & automation, and overall flexibility.The four functions of mash,lauter,boiling and whirlpool can be combined freely according to customer's different requirement,such as 2-vessels beer brewhouse,3-vessels beer brewhouse and 4-vessels beer brewhouse.The heating method can be electric,steam and direct fire heating.

Detailed configuration:


1.The malt mash tank – heated vessel for the mixing of the squeezed malt in water

2.The Lauter tank – the tank with special sieve for the filtration of malt mash (separation of liquid wort from solid parts of malt)

3. The boiling whirlpool tank –boiling wort and separate solid rests of hops from wort

4.Low pressure steam jacket with PLC controlled temperature control for optimum profile capability

5.Equip with auto grain out processing device on lauter tank

6.Motors with agitators for mixing and cutting of malt mash
7.VFD speed and function controlled raking system, agitator and pumps

8.Tanks with integrated steam jacket and temperature control

9.Tangential inlet for proper centrifugal force for efficient trub separation on whirlpool tank

10.CE or UL Electrical System including motor and pump

11.Stainless Steel Plate Two Stage Heat Exchanger with integrated temperature display

12.Ergonomic and efficient 304 stainless steel work plateform with easy access to all vessels and brewing functions

13.Wort aeration candle (may be used as external part)

The heating method Steam heated brewhouse is a little expensive than the electric heating type,because you need to prepare steam generator,but this type can save electric if you can use LPG or natural gas steam generator.


Standard features include:

  • 304 SS or 316LSS or copper.

  • 30% head space at least for each tank

  • ABB Siemens motors/pumps on the whole system

  • Stainless steel process piping, work cabinet and control cabinet

  • Siemens/Schneider/Omron electric element

  • Insulated with a minimum of 100mm Chloride-Free PU Insulation.

  • Interior Finish: Overall polishing to 0.4 μm without dead corner

  • Adjustable Levelers provide a level tank regardless of floor slope;
