Beer brewhouse introduction
Beer mashing is the most important part in the whole beer brewing process. The degree of saccharification determines the final degree of fermentation and the thickness of the beer. The beer brewhouse consists of four basic steps,which is mashing,lautering,boiling and whirlpool.The four functions can be combined freely.

For these small sized microbrewery equipment,2-vessel beer brewhouse is a common choice.
A two vessel brewhouse in its basic configuration. With a hot water tank the unit will allow one to two brews per day.
The mash/lauter tun with a wedge wired filter plate offers 12 % filtration area. The stir/blade direction and speed can be adjusted, spent grain can be achieved from side.
A buffer tank can be configured and aligned with the lauter tun design avoiding vacuum effect during the lautering process, which also extend the using life of lauter tun.
The kettle/whirlpool tank with electric heating. The electric elements is installed in the tank.Wort inlet for whirlpool tank is tangent, with different bigger inlet and smaller outlet size, which improves the flow rate after wort goes into the tank.
It can be configured with a hopback/hopfilter or inline filter before wort goes into plat heat exchanger, to avoid the sucking problem during the wort cooling process.
