For restaurants and small scale pilot brews we are offering our  Brewing System ranging form 100 L per batch. A small, simple Monoblock brewhouse to create great, complex beers. Our  Micro Brewing System is ideal for brewpubs or as a pilot plant for research and development and educational institutions.

Technical specifications can be adjusted to your requirements. Capacity is flexible from 200 L up to 1000 L per batch. DEGONG Industrial Brewhouses range from 1000 L up to 10000 L per batch. By continuous technological development and refinement we make sure that our brewhouses are using the latest state of the art technology. Manufactured in China to craft beers worldwide.

All our brewing systems can be equipped with malt milling, tanks, CIP systems, keg and bottle filling units that fit size and production requirements.

The Pre-piped monoblock construction makes it possible to be setup in short time even in the smallest spaces. The simple design guarantees easy operation and cleaning. Production capacities can be flexibly upgraded by adding additional single and double batch tanks once your brewery is already successfully running.

The Brewing System also performs great as low budget pilot brewery to create new recipes before taking them into your main brewhouse.

A compact and innovative design to fit in small spaces without compromising flexibility or performances. A micro brewery without limits to your creativity. The three vessel system with mash, lauter, wort kettle and whirlpool allows one step infusion as well as decoction mashing.

The brewhouse comes preinstalled with all pipes, valves and pumps already put in place. No time consuming construction or engineering at your site.

Once connected to the local water, electricity and cooling system you are ready to go for your first brew. Designed to produce high quality beers from the first batch.
