Bubble caps and trays

The trays of distillation column we have improve it like photo, if the trays be full welded on column,there will have welding scar around of column,it`s not good looking.All bubble caps and screw are made of T2 grade red copper,the screw design is by our company,no dead corner,it can 100% meet sanitary stand.

Distillation column

It consist of red copper column,bubble cap,down comers, bubble plate,red copper screw.We can tailor the height and plate number for your specific application.the max. height of column can reach 2000 mm;up to 20 plates with a pair of flange;all bubble plates integrated within a tightly embedded inner shell;all features so the surface appearance looks smooth and attractive,yet simple and generous.
