The IBC filling port is 150mm, which can realize fast and large flow filling, and 1000L can be filled or emptied at one time.
IBCs can be transported and loaded in one piece with a forklift. The inner container is transparent and marked with a volume scale for easy calculation of volume and weight.
The IBC tank is a cube with small clearance after stacking, which saves space for transportation and storage.
IBC filling is very fast and the liquid is only exposed to air for a short period of time. The residual liquid after the IBC is emptied is less than 200ml. Every component can be recycled.
The material consumption of 1000L IBC barrels is only 1.6 times that of 200L plastic resin, and 2.3 times that of 200L steel barrels, while the filling volume of the latter is only 780L. For the same volume of liquid, a 200L drum requires 20% more material than an IBC.
