Technical Description
  • This system can meet various needs of beer mashing, maltose syrup, syrup, fermentation, wort, wort, cooling, oxidation, etc.

  • All tanks are molded with SUS304, which conforms to food hygiene and safety standards. Steam heating.

  • The tank is equipped with a frequency conversion mixer, which can realize the speed change of 0 ~ 50r/min, satisfying the Rotation speed requirements for saccharification stirring and filter tank stirring.

  • Automatic control or semi-automatic control can be designed according to customer requirements.

  • The input, output and self-circulation of materials are connected by sanitary pumps and hoses.

Features
  • The hot water of the heat exchange plate is stored in the hot water tank for feeding, washing grain and cleaning.
