Brewery conical fermentation tanks:

Design pressure 45 psi (3bar); working pressure 15psi (1bar)

4 stainless steel legs with leveling footpads

Interior shell: 304 stainless steel, thickness 3mm

Exterior shell: 304 stainless steel, thickness 2mm

Interior and exterior finish bright polish to 0.4um, hygiene surface

60 degree cone bottom, other angles can be specified during the design process

Combined drain extensions and beer port in cone are standard

30% headspace, unless a different volume is requested

Top manhole(for small equippment) or side manhole(Side manholes are recommended for more than 1000 liters)

Dual zone in sidewall and cone dimple cooling jacket with glycol inlet and outlet

Polyurethane insulation thickness 100mm for cooling jacket on side and bottom

Fully welded exterior shell

CIP arm;blow-off arm and rotating 360 degree reach spray ball

To start a beer business 

We set out to design our line of Jacketed Unitanks by taking the same robust material thicknesses, finishing standards, and glycol jacketing, then scale them down to popular pilot and nano brewery sizes.

Finally, we carried over our popular Sterile sampling valve, rotate racking arm, sleeved thermowell port, and analog thermometer.  Then added a carbonation stone along with a combination CIP and dry hoping port.  However, instead of incorporating a cumbersome off the shelf manway we decided to innovate on the familiar TC standard and develop our own proprietary TC lid and gasket system that prevents the gasket from inadvertently falling into the tank when installing and removing the lid cap.  The line of Jacketed Unitanks strikes the perfect balance of performance in a smaller package.
