Application
It is suitable for biological products, medicine, brewing, food and beverage, tobacco, water treatment, petrochemical, environmental protection and other industries, for precision filtration, clarification and sterilization, purification treatment, etc.
Features
The stainless steel multi-layer frame filter is made of stainless steel, which has the characteristics of superior anti-corrosion performance, convenient assembly and disassembly, simple operation, reasonable structure, and high reliability. With casters, the base can be moved and used freely.
The convex point filter plate is used to effectively increase the cross-sectional area of the water channel and reduce the resistance, so that the fluid can flow in any direction, without blind areas, and maintain stability. The bump filter plate can protect the filter media (such as filter membrane and filter paper) from damage and extend its service life.
All seals are equipped with milky white silicone rubber seals (non-toxic and heat-resistant), no leakage. The circular sealing ring is installed at the sealing point, such as the water inlet and outlet of the filter frame and the double-folded retaining ring on the front and rear sides.
The double-folded retaining ring is used to fix and seal, and the connection of the water inlet pipe is easy to disassemble and clean.
According to the process requirements of the filtered fluid (coarse filtration, semi-fine filtration, fine filtration), different filter media can be used. In order to meet the production needs, the filter frame and filter material can be reduced or increased according to the flow rate.
When the filter is in use, press the sealing ring tightly to prevent liquid loss and clarification. Microporous membrane can be used for better sterilization effect.
Operation and maintenance
To install and replace filter media, it shall press against the silicone rubber ring in middle place and hold down the movable frame board to prevent leakage.
To stop the machine, first close the ball valve and disconnect the power supply so as to prevent fluid from backflow causing exert impact on and damage of filter membrane.
For maintenance of the filter, first clean it with 3-5% sodium bicarbonate solution, flush it clean water and pure water repeatedly and then inject disinfectant until PH2 falls within acceptable range.
