Filter

Tri Clamp filters are used to filter solids in fluid processes. The mesh is designed to be porous enough to not be clogged too easily, but it can still prevent large solids from passing through. We offer two different types of filters (inline filters and side inlet filters), each with unique features, making it suitable for various filtering situations. It is recommended to place a filter after the pump, because inhalation will damage the filter element. In addition, it is very important to place the filter in the correct direction so as not to blow out the grid. The flow direction should always push the grid towards the perforated core in order to properly support the grid.

Inline filter

The installation of the Tri Clamp in-line filter is similar to a spool, with both ends clamped in the joint. The mesh is designed to be porous enough to avoid clogging too easily, but still prevent large solids from passing through. We provide many different sizes of filters for our online filters. It is recommended to place a filter after the pump, because inhalation will damage the filter element.
