The sanitary round thread butterfly valve is a valve that uses a circular butterfly plate as an opening and closing part and rotates with the valve stem to open, close and adjust the fluid passage. In the cylindrical passage of the butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis, and the rotation angle is between 0° and 90°. When the rotation reaches 90°, the valve is fully opened.

Sanitary threaded butterfly valve option

The material of the valve body and disc can be304 or316L, and 304L and 316 materials are available upon request.

Seat and gasket can be EPDM, VMQ (silicone) or Viton (FPM)

The end connection can be butt welding, sanitary triple clamp, thread, flange, I-type wire or other requirements.

Handle: 4-position handle; multi-position handle with plastic cover or pure stainless steel.
