FAQ
1. How does the chiller work?
The chiller has two cycles, one is the process water cycle and the other is the refrigerant gas cycle. The heat absorbed from the process. The heat is transferred to the refrigerant cycle. The heat is removed to the air or water. |
2. How to calculate the chiller load
Cooling capacity (kw) = flow (m3/h) * temperature change (T1-t2)/0.86 heat load = C (specific heat) * M (mass output per hour) * temperature change (T1-T2) |
3. What type of chiller system?
Air-cooled chillers and water-cooled chillers. Water-cooled chillers require a separate cooling tower, which is more efficient, but it is not as good as air-cooled to install. |
4. What is the capacity unit of the chiller?
1 kcal/h = 1.163W, 1 W = 0.8598 kcal/h; 1 Btu/h = 0.2931W, 1 W = 3.412 Btu/h; 1 USRT = 3.517 kW, 1 kW = 0.28434 kcal/h; 8 USRT Btu/ h, 1 Btu/h = 0.252 kcal/h; 1 USRT = 3024 kcal/h, 10000 kcal/h = 3.3069 USRT; |
5. Which compressor brand are you using?
Panasonic, Danfoss, Copeland, Invotech, Hanbell, Fusheng, Bitzer and Refcomp. |
6. What is the lowest temperature outlet you made?
-45 degrees Celsius. |
7. What material is the evaporator you use?
If it is salt water, we usually use Tiatanium or Alpaka. If glycol is used, a normal shell and tube evaporator will do. |
