Mash/lauter tun + kettle/whirlpool tun.the working capacity of each tank is 1000L,According to the production time of 6-8 hours, two batches of beer can be produced every day,Top manhole glass sight glass.

Electric heating, steam heating and many other options,the pictures shows the electric coil heating.

Plate heat exchanger,useing the tap water to cooling the hot wort for the first step.and then chiller/glycol water cooling the wort in the fermenter for  the two stages.

In the bottom of the mash/lauter tun,The motor drives the rotation of the rakes grains, and the forward rotation stirs the materials to reverse the discharge grains.

The tank is equipped with a CIP rotating cleaning spray ball or cleaning ring, and a CIP trolley is used to effectively clean the residue in the tank after the brewing is completed.

Completely SUS304 stainless steel material, easy to clean; Red copper outside can also be used to adapt to special environments such as bars.
