Controlling the temperature of your fermentations is one of the most important aspects to a quality, repeatable fermentation, and can ultimately make or break the final product.  Our high quality glycol chiller systems are built with fermentation temperature control in mind, and are perfect for breweries and wineries.  We have a wide range of glycol chiller systems to meet any brewery's cooling needs: From a single conical fermenter to a dozen brite tanks, we have what you need!

Glycol tank

1.Material: Inner(SUS304),thickness:3.0mm;Outer:2.0mm(Stainless steel);

2.Insulation: Polyurethane-thickness 100mm.

3.Temperature mode: PT100 temperature probe,temperature transmitting, temperature control panel display

4.Feed method: The glycol water inject into tank from the top manhole.

5.Discharge mode: Glycol water discharge from the bottom of glycol tank,then inject into fermentation tank from the bottom of it.After finished cooling,the glycol water flow back to the glycol tank for circulation.

6.The refrigerating unit cools glycol water that had went through fermentation tank.
