Features
The convex point filter plate is used to effectively increase the cross-sectional area of the water, reduce the liquid filtration and flow resistance, make the liquid flow to the improper dead corner, and maintain the stability of the liquid properties. The convex point filter plate makes the filter material (filter membrane, filter paper, etc.) not easy to damage, and prolongs the service life of various filter materials.
All seals are installed (milky white silicone rubber seal ring, non-toxic and high temperature resistant) without leakage, that is, round seal rings are installed at the front and rear of the filter frame, and seals such as double folding snap rings at the water inlet and outlet.
The water inlet pipe is connected and sealed with a double-fold snap ring, which is easy to disassemble and clean and easy to clean.
This machine can replace different filter materials according to the requirements of different production processes of filtrate (primary filtration, semi-precision filtration, fine filtration). Users can reduce or increase the filter frame filter material according to the production flow rate, which is widely adapted to production needs.
