Main functions and features

It has two filling stations with separate control systems, making it easy to be filled with different volumes separately.

All procedures are thoroughly controlled by the SIEMENS programmable controller. All parameters (time values) can be adjusted and shown through the touch screen without stopping the machine.

With the help of the flow meter, the filling amount can be precisely controlled and is not affected by the size of the keg.

Germany imported flow meter has accurate measurement and high precision.

According to your capacity requirement, then we can provide you single head and double head filler.

Filling procedure:

Put the keg → start (press) → CO2 filling (return to beer) → filling→ Stop when the bucket is full (auto-sensing) → Take the bucket away.

Packing details

The normal packaging is a wooden box (size: length * width * height). If exported to European countries, the wooden boxes will be fumigated. If the container is too tight, we will use pe film packaging or packaging according to customer's special requirements.
