Working principle

A bag filter is widely used for liquid filtration, it can remove particles of different sizes from liquid, to achieve liquid filtration, purification, separation, and recovery purposes. It comprises three parts: bag housing, supporting basket, and filter bags. You may use multiple bags in a bag housing according to flow rate. First, the liquid enters into the housing from the inlet, which may placed on the side or the top, and then flows into the filter bag which is braced by the basket. Due to the impact pressure of fluid, the bag will extend and the liquid get evenly filtered through the bag and flows out of the outlet pipe. Impurities are trapped in the bag, the filtration process is complete. When you replace or clean the bag, just loosen the bolt, rotary hand wheel lift the lid, and get the bag.
