1. Raw Material Grinding System

Malt is the soul of beer. The grinding system is responsible for grinding the malt into particles suitable for saccharification, ensuring uniform grinding without over-crushing. We use a roller mill equipped with a precise gap adjustment device to ensure intact husks and facilitate starch dissolution, creating optimal conditions for subsequent saccharification.

2. Mashing and Filtration System

The mash tun and lauter tun are the core components of brewing. Precisely controlled temperature profiles convert starch into fermentable sugars. Uniformly distributed filter layers within the lauter tun ensure clear wort and enhance the final taste. Our mash tun features automatic temperature control, intelligent stirring, and recirculating filtration, significantly improving production efficiency.

3. Boiling and Whirlpool System

The boil tun not only sterilizes and precipitates proteins, but also releases hop aroma. The whirlpool further removes heat-curdled solids, resulting in a purer wort. We utilize an energy-saving steam heating system to effectively reduce energy consumption, and are equipped with an automatic hop dosing system for more stable flavor.

4. Cooling and Fermentation System

Hot wort must be quickly cooled to a temperature suitable for yeast production. Our plate heat exchangers ensure efficient heat exchange and water-saving circulation. Fermentation tanks are constructed of 316L/304 stainless steel, with mirror-polished interiors and equipped with a CIP automatic cleaning system to ensure hygiene and quality. Conical fermentation tanks of varying sizes cater to a variety of styles, including ale, lager, and IPA.

5. Storage and Filtration System

After fermentation, the beer enters storage tanks for maturation and stabilization. Some customers also choose to configure membrane filtration or diatomaceous earth filtration systems for even clearer, purer beer.

6. Filling and Packaging System

Finished beer is released to market via equipment including fillers, cappers, and labelers. We offer a variety of packaging options: bottles, cans, and kegs, catering to diverse market segments.
