Feature

Compressor

The unit is equipped with semi-hermetic screw compressors. Compared with piston compressors, semi-hermetic screw compressors have two major advantages: 1 Few parts (about 1/3 of piston compressors), simple structure, and easy Few damaged parts, high reliability and long life. 2 The compressor has uniform suction and exhaust, low exhaust temperature, low vibration, insensitive to wet compression, and strong anti-liquid hammer ability.

Throttle device

For the expansion valve, we choose the most advanced products, with a compact overall design, and a solid stainless steel diaphragm to provide stable and accurate control under a wide range of working conditions.

Electronic control

The air-cooled cold and hot water unit adopts a control system with a microcomputer as the core. The automatic control of energy adjustment can make the unit always operate efficiently at the best economic mode point. Complete protection functions The unit has functions such as overload, short circuit protection, antifreeze, high and low voltage protection, and overheat protection.

Tube-fin air-cooled condenser

The tube-fin air-cooled condenser adopts an inverted "V" layout, which on the one hand improves the space utilization rate and increases the heat exchange area, and on the other hand improves the airflow and heat transfer efficiency, thus improving the cooling and heating capacity of the unit .

Shell and tube evaporator

The shell-and-tube structure is adopted, and the exterior is made of flame-retardant, waterproof and thermal insulation materials, and the working pressure on the water side is 1.0 MPa. The evaporator adopts PVC plastic water board, which is corrosion resistant. Chilled water flows up and down along the diaphragm to increase the turbulence effect and improve the heat transfer capacity of the evaporator. The latest DAC corrugated spiral high-efficiency heat transfer tube is used to strengthen the heat transfer capacity of the fluorine side, improve the heat transfer coefficient, and ensure the good cooling and heating performance of the unit.
