Technical principle
Distillation is a physical process based on the difference in boiling points of different components in a mixed liquid. The target substance is purified from the raw material by heating, evaporation and condensation. Industrial distillation usually adopts continuous or intermittent operation, and the equipment structure includes a heating kettle, a tower body, a condenser, a reflux system and a control unit.
1. Basic workflow:
Heating and evaporation: the material enters the distillation kettle and is heated to the boiling point of the target component to convert it into steam;
Separation in the tower: the steam flows upward in the distillation tower, the light component rises, and the heavy component is condensed or refluxed;
Condensation collection: the top steam is cooled into liquid through the condenser and collected as a product;
Reflux regulation: part of the condensed liquid returns to the tower to optimize the separation efficiency of the tower plate and improve the purity of the product.

Modern distillation equipment is equipped with PLC+touch screen to realize automatic control of temperature, pressure, reflux ratio and heating power to ensure stable product quality, controllable energy consumption, safety and reliability.
