The fan is also called a discharger, a rotary feeder, or a gas lock valve. Usually, the structure of a star discharger (as shown in Figure 1) is composed of a rotor impeller with several blades, a housing, a seal, a reducer, an electric motor, etc. When the material in the upper silo falls by its own weight and fills the gap between the blades, it is discharged at the bottom as the blades rotate. Therefore, the star discharger can discharge quantitatively and continuously (as shown in Figure 2).
Star dischargers are often used in pneumatic output systems (as shown in Figure 3). For pressure output systems or negative pressure output systems, star dischargers can evenly and continuously feed materials to the feed pipe to ensure that the gas and solid in the pneumatic output pipe are relatively stable, so that the pneumatic conveying can work normally, and at the same time, the upper and lower air pressures of the discharger can be isolated to play a gas lock role. Therefore, the star discharger is an important component commonly used in pneumatic conveying systems. The star discharger can be used in the material collection system as a discharger for the silo (as shown in Figure 4). The star-shaped discharger is currently an excellent discharge device in China. It is often used in dust removal systems as one of the important equipment in dust removal systems. It is particularly suitable for dust and small particle materials. It is highly selected by engineering projects in environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain, cement, road construction, drying equipment and other industrial industries. Our company has absorbed domestic advanced manufacturing technology, combined with market requirements, and has developed a variety of new combination anti-blocking fan after years of research. The existing products can be divided into five categories: ordinary type, pressure-resistant type, external temperature-resistant and pressure-resistant type, quick cleaning type, and quantitative type. Ordinary type: It can be used for ordinary materials below 80 degrees and at room temperature. It can continuously and evenly feed materials into the feed pipe, and collect materials in the separation part of the system. It also has the function of a discharger.
Pressure-resistant type: It uses a closed rotor and can be widely used in suction-type, pressure-feeding airflow conveying systems and negative pressure conveying equipment. It can ensure that the airflow pressure in the conveying pipe does not leak, and can convey and collect materials. Therefore, it is also called an electric air lock in this regard. It is not only pressure-resistant, but also has ordinary functions.
External temperature and pressure resistant type: According to the different temperatures of material conveying and discharge port, because temperature affects the expansion of the machine body and is not good for bearings and oil seal systems, our factory has designed a high temperature resistant external structure fan, which separates the operating part from the box part that contacts the material, so that the bearing operation and oil seal system can work normally without being affected by high temperature. This type of product is not only resistant to high temperature, but also can be used for the conveying and receiving of hygroscopic materials and metallic powders, with good effects. Because such objects are penetrating, they penetrate the oil seal device, and the materials enter the bearings and damage the machinery. It is precisely because of the characteristics of external packaging that it will not contact the materials. Quick cleaning type: The quick cleaning rotary valve is exquisitely made and successfully uses the essence of German and Japanese technology. The product is flexible to disassemble and assemble and easy to clean. It is mainly used for unloading materials with high hygiene standards in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries and places where materials are frequently replaced. Quantitative type: By adjusting the volume size in the fan chamber and implementing stepless speed change on the motor, the expected flow rate of the material can be achieved. This type of fan is mainly used in quantitative supply systems.
