Raw material crushing system
It is used to crush malt into a particle state suitable for saccharification. Common equipment includes double-roll crusher and four-roll crusher, which have the characteristics of adjustable crushing particle size, compact structure and low loss. The crushed malt will be transported to the saccharification system through the elevator.
Saccharification system (brewery center)
The saccharification system is a key link in the formation of beer flavor, mainly including saccharification pot, filter tank, boiling pot, vortex sedimentation tank and other tanks. Steam heating and PLC intelligent control are used to achieve precise control of temperature curve and flexible setting of multi-stage saccharification process. Mirror polishing and CIP cleaning balls are used inside the tank to ensure the hygiene level and avoid cross contamination.
Fermentation system
It consists of fermentation tanks, bright beer tanks, yeast tanks, etc., equipped with temperature control jackets, pressure gauges, safety valves, CIP cleaning systems and automatic temperature control modules to ensure the controllability of the fermentation curve. Different tank types (vertical, cone-bottom, horizontal) can meet the fermentation needs of various styles of beer, such as lager, ale, wheat, IPA, etc.
Cooling system
The plate heat exchanger, cold water tank, ice water tank and refrigeration unit are used to cool the wort after saccharification and control the temperature of the fermentation tank. The equipment selection considers the matching of refrigeration power and production capacity to ensure that the entire fermentation process is carried out stably at the appropriate temperature.
Cleaning system (CIP system)
The CIP system can automatically complete acid washing, alkali washing, and hot water circulation cleaning to ensure that there is no residue on the inner wall of the equipment, meet GMP hygiene standards, and improve the service life of the equipment and the stability of beer quality.
Filling and packaging system
