The holding tank is mainly used for heat preservation and storage of the refined chocolate slurry, which is suitable for continuous production requirements. 304 stainless steel is used inside.
The Chocolate Holding Tank is also called chocolate storage tank, the chocolate holding tank is used to store the chocolate mass in a constant temperature. The chocolate warm keeping tank is with automatic temperature control system. The chocolate holding tank is equipped with stirrer inside the tank, the chocolate holding tank can also be equipped with electric heating tanks to be a chocolate melting tank, which is used for melting chocolate tablets or chocolate blocks for chocolate enrobing machine.
The chocolate storage tank is always connected to the chocolate mass pump by pipes together with chocolate conching machine and chocolate tempering machine in the chocolate production line.
