01.STILL POT
lt is used for heating mash.This boiler can be built in single wall or jacketedwall. The pot can be heated by electric, steam, gas or even wood per need.
02.HELMET/GOOSE NECK
This is an expansion chamber sitting on the top of the still pot. lt helps holdback higher boiling compounds while allowing desirable aromatics and flavorsto continue up the column. This is very important for making alcohol with excellent taste.
03.REFLUX COLUMN
Bubble plates are used to create more reflux in the column, ultimately to create multiple distillation cycles during one run. The number of plates means the time of distilation you have for one run.
05.GIN BASKET
The Basket can be used to infuse your spirit with botanical flavours from the Gin range or your own
ingredients.
06.PRODUCT CONDENSER
In the context of a still, the condenser is a device that cools down whatever hot vapors that flow through it to the point where the vapors condense into a liquid.
07.PARROT
A parrot is a device that allows for measurement of the proof of alcohol comes out of the still.
