No height restriction. Any size is available. We can customize the still life to suit your architecture. There is no problem with customization. We can make it with any size boiler or tower diameter. The column and condenser can be made of copper or stainless steel according to your needs.
Static pot: 1000L, made of copper or stainless steel, or a combination. Explosion-proof motors can be provided. Full-size glass manhole, easy to observe the pot work. Steam heating, electric heating (direct or indirect type) for your choice.
Helmet/Gooseneck: There are many shapes to choose from, and we can also customize it according to your requirements.
Gin basket: copper or stainless steel or glass shell with a copper screen inside
Distillation tower: copper or stainless steel can be selected. Copper bubble board, bypass valve/CIP ball/observation light/observation mirror
Condenser column: made of copper or stainless steel, the tube can be made of stainless steel or copper according to your needs
Support base: Product tank or stainless steel column as the support base for your choice.
CIP piping system: CIP pumps and accessories are available
Surface treatment: swirl treatment, satin treatment or mirror treatment

The distiller forms the basis of every DEGONG distillation system.
We offer columns of whiskey, brandy, rum, gin and vodka.
The alcohol content after distillation is 90±6%.
Composition: distillation pot, gooseneck cap, distillation tower, fractionator, condenser, parrot outlet.

Bulk cargo: standard wooden case which can avoid any clash during the sea or air transportation in case of causing damage to the equipment’s surface.
Container cargo: the equipment will be bound firmly and won’t easily swing to the side, or up, or down.
