The cylinder part of the tank is provided with 2 to 3 sections of cooling jackets, and a section of cooling jackets is inclined at the cone, which is beneficial to the sedimentation of yeasts and maintains the activity of yeasts when the yeast is reused.

The convection intensity of the liquid in the tank is related to the height of the tank, the shape, volume and the cooling system of the tank. If the height of the conical fermentor is too large, the convection of the fermentation broth will be too strong, and it is easy to form agitated fermentation, thereby affecting the activity and normal metabolism of yeast.
The capacity of the conical fermentation tank can be large or small, the small capacity is only 100-1000l, and the large capacity can reach 1000-10000l.
