The precision reaches the sanitary standard, the polished finish of the inner wall is less than 0.6 microns, and the outer surface is made of stainless steel (primary color, mirror polishing, etc.)
Imported polyurethane high-pressure foam insulation, cooling jacket adopts Miller plate, arch channel, corrugated channel and other jacket heat exchange methods.
It can realize automatic and semi-automatic control to ensure the accuracy and validity of process parameters and experimental results.
Temperature control is achieved by the refrigerant (usually alcohol-water) in the jacket around the tank. According to the size of the tank, it is generally divided into two or three stages of cooling.
