Design Basis

The three-in-one bottled water production equipment is mainly designed based on the tap water in most cities in my country. The new technology of two-stage reverse osmosis to produce pure water after research and development is also a relatively advanced technology.

Work process

A. Washing part

The bottle passes through the air conveying channel, and then is conveyed to the three-in-one bottle washer by the dial star wheel. The turntable of the bottle washer is equipped with a bottle clamp, which clamps the mouth of the bottle, and rotates 180° along the guide rail to make the mouth of the bottle downward. In a specific area of the bottle washing machine, the bottle holder nozzle sprays the bottle washing water to wash the inner wall of the bottle.

After the bottle is rinsed and drained, rotate 180° along the guide rail under the bottle clamp chuck so that the bottle mouth is upward. The washed bottles are output from the bottle washing machine through the dial wheel and transported to the drinking water filling machine.

B. Filling section

The bottle of the automatic drinking water filling machine entering the filling machine is blocked by the bottleneck tray and lifted by the cam, and then the filling valve is opened from the bottle mouth. The filling method is gravity filling. After opening the filling valve, the material passes through the filling valve to complete the filling process. After the filling is completed, the mouth of the bottle drops and leaves the filling valve, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the bottleneck transition turntable.

C. Cover part

The stopper on the capping machine catches the bottleneck, keeping the bottle upright and preventing it from rotating. The capping head continuously rotates on the capping machine, and realizes the capping, capping, capping, and capping actions under the action of the cam to complete the entire capping process.

The finished bottles are conveyed from the capping machine to the bottle conveying chain through the bottle discharge dial, and the vials are conveyed out of the vial automatic drinking water filling machine.
