Technical Description
  • This equipment can meet the needs of beer saccharification production and complete the entire beer saccharification process from feeding, mashing, wort filtration, boiling, whirlpool precipitation, cooling, oxygenation, etc.

  • The main materials and pipe fittings used in this equipment are made of high-quality stainless steel materials, which meet international and domestic food safety and hygiene standards.

  • The heating method is steam heating.

  • The saccharification lauter tank is equipped with frequency conversion and speed regulation stirring blade, which can realize the speed change of 0- -50r/min, and the customer can control it according to the process change. Satisfy the speed change requirements such as saccharification, filtration and washing.

  • Operation and control can be realized according to customer needs: manual operation, semi-automatic operation and fully automatic operation by computer control system.

  • Sanitary material pumps and pipe fittings are used for feeding and discharging and self-circulation, so there is no dead angle for cleaning.

  • The equipment pipeline connection adopts quick-fit connection, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance during production.

  • Reasonable design, exquisite processing, beautiful appearance, durable, easy to operate and maintain.

  • 2-Vessel Main Features

A typical two-vessel Combination Mash Lauter Tuns are the first combination vessel in these brewhouses line ups.Next inline is the combination of the Kettle and Whirlpool tanks.


  • 3-Vessel Main Features

A three-vessel brewhouse is hybrid system that incorporates at least one combination vessel and two dedicated process vessels.


  • 4-Vessel Main Features

A typical four-vessel brewhouse will include a Mash tun, Lauter Tun, Kettle and Whirlpool. Each of these tanks is dedicated to performing a single process, and is designed differently than similar vessel used for performing multiple processes.
