2000L Refined Pure Manual Distillery

The individual plate drain valves in the 8 Plate Copper Whisky Column can be opened or closed for better control of flavor characteristics and certification.

The Copper Whiskey Column has 8 bubble plates and a fractionator on the top.

The 8-plate Whiskey Column can produce up to 190 parts of alcohol in one run.

If you want to perform a stripping operation, just open the plate drain valve in the copper whiskey tower.

This 2000-liter still must be heated by a low-pressure steam boiler.

This distiller is ideal for the production of whiskey, bourbon, moonshine, brandy, rum and gin (with optional gin basket).

• Pot

Material: stainless steel 304, copper T2

Type: 1. Single layer; 2. Only with heating jacket; 3. With heating jacket and PU insulation.

Accessories: thermometer, thermowell, pressure gauge, pressure reducing valve, inlet, outlet, breathing valve, return hole, glass manhole, CIP ball, etc.

• Distillation tower

We can customize the height and board number for your specific application.

The maximum height of the column can reach 2000mm, and a pair of flanges can accommodate up to 10 plates.

For 70-90% abv: 4~6 plates; 88-95% abv: 6~20 plates

• Agitator

Material: 304 stainless steel, flexible joint, easy to install.

Voltage: 208V/ 220V/ 240V/ 380V/415V/ 460V, etc. (Voltage can be provided according to customer requirements, explosion-proof motor.

• CIP pump and pipe fittings

All stainless steel 304 pipe fittings with explosion-proof centrifugal pump

• Condenser
