Feature
The stirrer seal adopts imported sanitary mechanical seal or magnetic stirring seal stirring device, and the stirring speed is optional.
The container is made of heat-resistant thermal insulation material, anti-aging polyurethane foam or pearl cotton.
The nozzle has a liquid level meter port (static pressure, capacitance, non-contact, ultrasonic, glass tube), breathing air, thermometer (digital display or dial type), CIP cleaning port, sight glass, depending on the situation to avoid light ( As an endoscope optical integration), SIP sterilization port, liquid inlet and sanitary manhole.
The interface adopts the international standard ISO quick chuck, the inner tank is made of imported stainless steel SUS316L or SUS304, the inner surface is mirror polished to Ra≤0.4m, and the outer surface is cast with matte, bright, matte sandblasted or cool colors.
