2000L commercial brewhouse is a brewery for restaurants, commecial and industrial breweries which consist of the industrial wort brew machine and a fully equipped set of the professional beer fermentation tanks. It's a medium-size and big-size craft brewery intended mainly for restaurants and pubs with their own beer production. But the capacity of bigger models is enough also for commercial breweries with retail sale. 

Equipped with commercial brewhouse wort machine and modern professional beer production equipment like cylindrical and conical beer fermentors or open fermentation vats, automatic cooling system, cleaning and sanitizing system etc. It is possible to use them to production of all known types of beer.

• Function: Used for keep wort fermentation or maturation.

• Standard stainless steel conical cylindrical fermentation tanks

• Single, double, triple or more size as brewhouse is common used in commercial breweries

• Tanks quantity is exactly calculated by fermentation cycle for various beers

• Roof walkway is for special request

• Cooling method: dimple plate or glycol cooling jacket both bottom and top.

• All manhole, valves, pressure gauges, fittings etc are included

• Design pressure is 0.3MPa; Working pressure is 0.15MPa. (MPa can be customized).

• Insulated glycol water tank with or without copper coil for glycol liquid holding and mixing

• Efficiency chillers or refrigerators with fryon to supply cooling energy

• Sanitary centrifugal pump for glycol water recycle among tanks and heat exchanger

• All pipes, fitting, insulation materials are included

Function: Used for cleaning and washing.

Component: Disinfection tank, Alkali tank (with heating element), cleaning pump and etc. It is the seventh part of beer brewing equipment.

Purpose: Equipped with wheel, easy to move and operate, washing all tanks when it finishing brewing.
