1. Check whether the actual working environment temperature and pressure meet the working conditions of the stainless steel solenoid valve.
Check whether the temperature, viscosity, acidity, alkalinity, viscosity and other characteristics of the medium are within the working conditions of the stainless steel solenoid valve.
Check whether there is any damage to the outside of the solenoid valve, such as pipeline leakage, loose connection, external damage to the valve body, etc.
Disassemble the parts of the solenoid valve:
First check whether there are impurities in the solenoid valve.
Secondly, check whether the structure of the solenoid valve is loose.
Finally, check whether the key internal parts such as seals are worn out, and whether the solenoid valve coil is damaged.
