Quality Control
  • After receiving the order, we will hand over the equipment drawings to the technical staff. After the drawing is completed, it will be submitted to the chief engineer for review. If there is no problem, it will be submitted to the customer for review;

  • Before production, technicians, sellers and purchasing and production departments will discuss the technical details of the equipment; if there is no problem, submit drawings and technical lists to the production and purchasing department;

  • During the production process, the quality inspectors will regularly check the production details of the equipment and re-qualify the production;

  • After the equipment is completed, it will be inspected by quality inspectors.


How to test, how to test, quality control, finished product quality control?

1) Pipe connection, 24 hours water test

2) The inner cone is polished to 0.4μm, and the inner and outer cones have surface protection; the inner and outer parts of the dish-shaped head, the outer cover and the outer cylinder are all sandblasted;

3) After the production is completed, the cylinder is filled with water for leak test, and the jacket is tested for hydraulic pressure, and the test pressure is 0.4MPa;
