The top of the pot is equipped with all-glass manholes, air inlets, safety valves, thermometers, pressure gauges and liquid return holes.
The top with agitator can be used to distill any washing liquid, even washing liquid filled with pulp or grain mash can be heated in this boiler configuration without burning at the bottom of the pot.
In addition, by continuously stirring the washing liquid throughout the distillation process, the distillery can save 20% of the heat required for distillation.
