High Precision Beer Water Chillers

A typical brewery will use the Mgreenbelt brewery glycol cooler system to cool the hot wort to a lower temperature before transferring it to a fermenter containing yeast. This is done by passing the hot wort through a wort cooler with a plate heat exchanger, where the heat of the wort is transferred to the cold brewing water. In addition, the jacketed fermentation vessel uses a beer glycol system for cooling. We can provide a full tank temperature control package with a control device installed in the glycol cooler control panel to simplify the monitoring and control of the entire cooling process.
