Beer production involves malting, milling, mashing, extract separation, hop addition and boiling, removal of hops and precipitates, cooling and aeration, fermentation, separation of yeast from young beer, aging, maturing, and packaging. The object of the entire process is to convert grain starches to sugar, extract the sugar with water, and then ferment it with yeast to produce the alcoholic, lightly carbonated beverage.
The mashing system is mainly composed of mash tun, lauter tun, kettle/whirlpool tank with a 20bbl hot liquor tank(it is better choose for 10BBL.Of course,10bbl is ok).
Specification: agitator, raker controlled via motor, milling false bottom, tangential whirlpool inlet, etc.
The accessories are hop back, plate heat exchanger, oxygenation device, wort pump and pipeline, etc.
There are various brewhouse combinations for different brewers' requests, different brewing process and method. 3 vessels and 4 vessels type brewhouse are the most popular types.

Lauter tun false bottom and raker
Equipped in Lauter tank, the professional design raker with VFD control motor that is very convenient for us to adjust the rotating speed and guarantee clearer wort we get. The raker would also be controlled counterclockwise or clockwise, that's why we could move out the spent grain easily.
