Bright Beer Tank is a pressure-rated temperature-controlled tank at the bottom of the tray, which is used to hold beer for packaging. The term "bright" refers to "bright beer", that is, beer that has become bright (clear) by filtration, centrifugation, clarification, and/or maturation. In most breweries, the beer is filtered after leaving a single tank or larger container and then directed into a bright tank. Bright cans are sometimes used as mixing cans for beer to be bottled. In a beer bar, the bright water tank is usually also a serving water tank; beer can flow directly from this tank to the faucet in the bar.

Manufacture of 1000L Brite storage tank
Welding: We abandon the argon cylinder, but use an argon center system to ensure pure argon protection for TIG welding. We have also increased the amount of gas used during welding,So the quality of the welding wire is higher.
Dimples: The ethylene glycol jacket uses dimple plates instead of belts, which can increase the cooling area and increase the cooling speed. The most important thing in the brewing process is to avoid pollution, that is to say, the most important thing for beer production equipment is to polish the inner tank to 0.4~0.6μm without dead ends.
Polishing: We use large-scale polishing equipment to polish the inside of the tank-all over the wall. Make sure there are no dead ends. And we have adopted passivation and pickling, which will make our tanks have higher precision. Don't worry about some bacteria remaining after washing.
