All structures are made of SUS 304 food grade stainless steel, all pipes are SUS304
All signs and text are in English
All tanks are supplied with data plate including test data and serial number
All storage tanks will be tested and inspected in the non-destructive testing room after construction and quality
All jackets will be tested using hydrostatic test, test pressure: 0.4Mpa (4 Bar) & working pressure: 0.2Mpa (2Bar)
All tanks will be pressure tested for 48 hours before leaving the factory;
All welds are fully TIG welded with water jet to ensure uniform welds, fully pickled and passivated
All tanks are mirror polished to Ra 0.4um.
All gaskets are manufactured in EPDM

| Why do I need copper? |
Copper provides an important chemical reaction, especially in lower proofs, which removes sulfides when the alcohol is in vapor form.
Copper is able to react with many sulfides, such as sulfides or mercaptans, which are usually present in fermentation mash, making them insoluble and removing them from high alcohol. As this chemical reaction takes place inside the still, the bright copper surface becomes very dark in color. In order to continue effective removal, it is necessary to periodically clean the still to remove these black deposits.
