The brewery is designed for wort preparation, so it can produce high-density and product beverages, which requires the use of a large amount of malt. The traditional method of mashing can also be used-either the "soaking" method or the "decocting" method.

The steam removal system (steam condenser) allows you to effectively evaporate the wort and remove unwanted smoke.

The Simple Brew brewery can produce up to 6 batches per day, which can significantly affect the overall performance of the brewery. The pipeline design method can minimize the oxidation of wort during the preparation process, and the increased observation diopter (pipe directly in the pipeline and fixed pipe directly in the equipment) will allow you to qualitatively control the progress of all processes .

This combination of brewing vessels allows to reduce the pressure of the wort by reducing the number of transfers from one device to another, and it is possible to start the next batch as soon as the grain is removed from the mash filter device. In addition, the total time required for cleaning, disinfection, and preparation for the next batch. The consumption of detergent and rinsing water has also been reduced, which is correspondingly reflected in the profitability of the entire production.
