Introduction

The filter housing can be used in conjunction with various types of filter elements. The inner and outer surfaces are polished, the structure is reasonable, and there is no dead angle. It is easy to install and clean, and can achieve the filtering effect required by customers. Its design complies with the GMP standard of the medical industry. Filters include liquid filters and gas filters.

• The sanitary filter housing is made of the highest quality 316 stainless steel. These are suitable for various liquid filtration applications.

• Intended to install standard 222 O'ring and 226 O'ring filter elements.

• They have an integrated bayonet positioner that provides an effective seal between the housing and the cartridge.

• Depending on their type, sanitary filter housings are available in 1, 3, 5, and 12 round configurations, as well as 10-inch, 20-inch, 30-inch, and 40-inch long filter elements.

• Its hygienic design can ensure low product retention and reduce product loss.

Operation

Contaminated fluid enters the housing and is distributed evenly around the filter cartridges. Filtration takes place from outside to inside. Solids are collected on the outside of filter cartridges & clear filtrate is collected at outlet.
