Working principle of solenoid valve:
Normally closed: When the coil is energized, the pilot valve core is closed, the pilot hole is opened, the upper cavity is released, the piston is pushed by the pressure of the lower cavity, and the solenoid valve opens.
When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is closed, the upper cavity of the valve is pressurized by the thrust of the piston throttle hole and the return spring, and the solenoid valve acts to close.
